Booking Policy Thank you for your interest in our Adult ASDAN Programme. This programme is fully funded by the Lincolnshire Training Hub Widening Access Demonstrator Programme, meaning there is no cost to eligible participants. Please read the following information before completing the Expression of Interest form. Expression of Interest Submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee you a place on the course. As demand is expected to be high, places are limited and will be allocated subject to funding eligibility and programme capacity. Eligibility Places can only be offered to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out by the Lincolnshire Training Hub Widening Access Demonstrator Programme. This includes, but is not limited to: Living within the funded catchment area. Meeting the age criteria for the programme. Any additional eligibility requirements specified by the funder. Allocation of Places Eligible places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If all places are filled, you may be offered a place on a waiting list and contacted should a space become available. Confirmation of Place If your application is successful, we will contact you using the details you provide to confirm your place and provide further information about the course. Please do not attend unless you have received confirmation of your place. Use of Your Information The information you provide will be used to: Assess your eligibility for the programme. Contact you regarding your application and course information. Complete monitoring and evaluation required by the Lincolnshire Training Hub and programme funders. Any information used for reporting or evaluation purposes will be anonymous and will not identify you personally. Your personal information will be stored securely and processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation. Changes and Cancellations Fields Farm Nature Play & Therapy CIC reserves the right to amend course dates, venues or delivery arrangements if required. Applicants will be informed of any changes as soon as possible. By submitting an Expression of Interest form, you confirm that you have read and understood this booking policy and consent to your information being used for the purposes outlined above.
