Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Thank you for booking onto our Family Fitness & Play sessions. To ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, please read the following booking policy. Booking All places must be booked in advance. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. Children must attend with a responsible adult throughout the session. Sessions are suitable for all fitness abilities. Payment Standard sessions cost £10 for the 1st Adult and 1 Child. Additional Children are £5. Payment is required at the time of booking unless attending through a funded referral. Cancellation If you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible although a refund may not always be possible. We will attempt to fill the space with another family wherever possible. Where you are unable to attend due to illness or other exceptional circumstance we will offer you a rescheduled date. Payment is non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply and this will be at the discretion of the Directors. Weather Sessions take place outdoors in most weather conditions. Sessions will only be cancelled where it is deemed to not be safe to continue. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible. Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear. If severe weather means we have to cancel, you will be offered an alternative date or refund. Health Please inform us of: - medical conditions - allergies - injuries - pregnancy (where relevant) before taking part. Participants exercise at their own pace. Photography Photographs may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes. Please indicate on your booking form if you do not consent. Behaviour We expect everyone to: - Treat others with kindness and respect. - Respect our animals. - Follow staff instructions. - Supervise their children at all times outside of organised activities. Fields Farm reserves the right to refuse entry or ask participants to leave if behaviour places others or animals at risk.
